Welcome to Wisepath EdTech Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access and use of our training programs, career services, and job placement assistance. By enrolling in or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By enrolling, accessing, or using Wisepath EdTech Pvt Ltd programs and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the candidate and Wisepath EdTech Pvt Ltd.
TRAINING PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
Enrollment in any training program is subject to eligibility criteria set by Wisepath EdTech Pvt Ltd.
Candidates must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
Enrollment fees and training fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as stated in our Refund Policy.
Candidates must successfully complete the full training program and meet the eligibility criteria for job placement assistance as mentioned in the agreement.
CAREER GUARANTEE & JOB PLACEMENT AGREEMENT
Wisepath does not provide 100% job placement assistance but offers a Career Guarantee Program with a structured job placement agreement.
Candidates must fulfill all training, assessment, and performance requirements to qualify for job placement.
Placement is based on candidate competency, employer requirements, and market conditions. Wisepath does not guarantee immediate employment or a specific salary package.
Failure to meet eligibility criteria or rejection by employers does not entitle the candidate to a refund.
VISA & EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Candidates seeking overseas placements must comply with visa, employer, and government regulations.
Visa approvals are subject to the policies of the respective country and employer. Wisepath is not responsible for visa rejections or job terminations.
Once a candidate is placed, Wisepath is not liable for any loss, job termination, visa cancellation, or other employment-related issues.
LOAN & EMI FINANCING
Wisepath is NOT a financial institution or NBFC and does not guarantee loan approvals.
Candidates opting for third-party loan services must comply with financial institution policies.
If a loan is approved, the candidate is responsible for timely EMI payments, even if:
They fail in assessments
They are terminated by the employer
They back out voluntarily
They do not secure a job
They discontinue due to dissatisfaction with Wisepath
Wisepath is NOT directly or indirectly responsible for any financial obligations, loan repayments, or EMI defaults. All disputes shall be between the candidate and the financial institution.
CODE OF CONDUCT & DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
Candidates must adhere to professional ethics, discipline, and training regulations throughout the program.
Any misconduct, violation of policies, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate termination without refund.
Candidates are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of contract, and legal action will be taken if necessary.
NON-COMPLIANCE & TERMINATION
Wisepath reserves the right to terminate any candidate’s enrollment without refund if they:
Fail to meet training and assessment requirements
Provide false information during enrollment
Violate company policies or agreement terms
Engage in misconduct or fraudulent activities
Once a candidate is terminated, they lose all rights to any job placement assistance, and Wisepath holds no further obligations toward them.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USAGE
All training materials, course content, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Wisepath EdTech Pvt Ltd.
Candidates cannot copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content provided by Wisepath.
Any unauthorized use or sharing of training materials will result in legal action.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wisepath is not liable for:
Job placement delays due to market conditions or employer decisions.
Changes in government, visa, or employment policies affecting job placements.
Any financial loss, employment disputes, or termination after placement.
Candidates agree not to hold Wisepath liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from their participation in the program.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Wisepath EdTech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Candidates are responsible for staying updated on policy changes, and continued enrollment implies acceptance of updated terms.
This agreement is legally binding, and no disputes or claims will be entertained beyond what is explicitly mentioned.
By enrolling in our programs, candidates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
