What is the eligibility for job placement under Wisepath’s Career Guarantee Program?

Candidates must: Successfully complete the full training program. Pass all assessments as per the agreement criteria. Meet employer expectations as per their offer letter. Comply with all terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement.

What happens if I fail the training or assessments?

Candidates who fail to complete the training program, assessments, or meet eligibility requirements will not qualify for the job placement program and are not eligible for any refund.

Is the enrollment fee refundable?

No. Enrollment fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as mentioned in our Refund Policy.

Can I get a refund if I do not secure a job?

No. Refunds are not applicable if a candidate: Fails assessments or does not meet eligibility criteria. Voluntarily withdraws from the program. Refuses job offers provided under the agreement. Is terminated or rejected by the employer due to competency or behavioral issues.

Does Wisepath provide financial assistance for training?

Wisepath is not a bank or an NBFC. However, we have tie-ups with third-party financial institutions that offer loan and EMI options. Loan approval is subject to bank policies and is not guaranteed by Wisepath.

What happens if my loan is approved but I fail to get a job?

If your loan is approved, you are legally bound to repay the EMIs to the bank regardless of job placement outcomes. Wisepath is not responsible for EMI payments, loan defaults, or any disputes between the candidate and the financial institution.

What if I cannot pay my loan or EMI?

Candidates who fail to repay the loan or EMI must handle the consequences directly with the financial institution. Wisepath is not responsible for any non-payment penalties, legal consequences, or financial disputes.

What if my EMI application is rejected?

If your loan or EMI application is rejected, you must proceed with an alternative payment method as per the agreement. Wisepath does not guarantee EMI approvals.

Does Wisepath guarantee visa approval for overseas placements?

No. Visa approval is subject to government regulations, employer requirements, and documentation compliance. Wisepath is not responsible for visa rejections.

What happens if my visa is rejected after job placement?

If your visa is rejected, Wisepath holds no liability and no refund will be issued. The candidate must resolve visa issues directly with the employer and concerned authorities.

Can Wisepath help me reapply if my visa is rejected?

Yes, we provide support and guidance for reapplying, but success depends on government and employer policies. Candidates must bear any additional costs for reapplication.

Is Wisepath responsible if I lose my job after placement?

No. Once a candidate is placed, Wisepath is no longer responsible for any losses, termination, resignation, or employment disputes.

What happens if I voluntarily quit the program?

Candidates who voluntarily withdraw from training or job placement for any reason (personal, financial, dissatisfaction, or training quality concerns) will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I transfer my enrollment to another person?

No. Enrollment is non-transferable and cannot be assigned or resold to another individual.

Can I switch to a different training program after enrollment?

No. Once a candidate enrolls in a program, they cannot switch to another course or request fee adjustments.

Can Wisepath modify its policies?

Yes. Wisepath reserves the right to update, modify, or change any policy, program structure, or agreement terms without prior notice. Candidates must stay updated and continued participation implies acceptance of revised terms.

How can I stay updated on policy changes?

Candidates must regularly check Wisepath’s official website or reach out to our team for updates. Ignorance of updated policies does not exempt candidates from compliance.

Is legal action applicable if I do not comply with Wisepath’s terms?

Yes. Non-compliance with Wisepath’s policies, fraudulent activities, EMI defaults, or violation of agreements may lead to strict legal action as per the applicable laws.
